This issue occurs when the POS and payroll systems show the same Payroll ID associated with different names.
If the two records represent the same employee, edit the employee name in either your POS or payroll system so that the records match.
If the two records represent different employees, double-check that both employees' Payroll ID is entered correctly in your POS system.
This issue occurs when the employee has not punched out their timecard, so their shift timer is still running.
Stop the employee's shift timer in the POS system, and ensure their hours are correct before re-importing.
